About the opportunity

We are seeking a senior Sales Enablement leader to empower and scale our global Sales organization. This results-driven leader will have a passion for developing and coaching sales teams, a growth and scale mindset, and will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization. A trusted advisor to the CRO, you excel at building relationships, providing and receiving feedback, and acting as a strategic partner to our sales leaders.

What you'll get to do
  • Own and manage the global Sales Enablement organization including Sales Training and Programming and Instructional Design for global Dayforce Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define enablement priorities and initiatives, including incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT, among others.
  • Create and manage a repository of sales collateral, tools, and resources including presentations, case studies, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure that sales teams have access to up-to-date and relevant content to support their efforts.
  • Own all sales onboarding programs that drive productivity and speed to revenue.
  • Manage the Dayforce sales learning, training, and certification programs.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies, automation, and analytics.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enablement to capitalize and improve performance.
  • Provide proactive reports and insights, making empowerment recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Engage, support, and provide guidance to Sales Enablement leaders to support the needs of the business as well as their direct reports.
  • Develop and share the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in sales as the leader of Sales Enablement.
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make complex decisions and resolve issues.
  • Participate in new process development and process improvement projects as well as other ad hoc projects.
  • Share best practices with and provide cross-training for peers, team members and other teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and other internal resources.
  • Establish team goals and support progress and achievement.
  • Support and provide feedback to the Executive level to assist in day-to-day decision making.

Skills and experience we value
  • The leader must be versed on the HCM market and have a clear understanding of HCM tech stack, and industry players,
  • Requires global experience and must have expertise in launching programs and tailoring them to EMEA and APJ.
  • Second line proven leadership
  • Must have been successful in driving sales productivity, reducing ramp time and increasing sales effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated track record in leveraging AI tools and content management systems You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Passion for leading people, including the ability to work with diverse skill sets; and proven success building, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Resilient & resourceful individual that enjoys leading teams to solve complex problems.
  • Quick learner who is naturally curious and thrives in the face of the unexpected, ambiguity, and change.
  • Able to effectively establish rapport, credibility, and influence across all levels and departments, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable metrics.
  • Strong eye for business with the ability to navigate through ambiguity to identify key objectives in order to effectively launch and manage new programs.
  • Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.
  • Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects, even in the face of ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business-related discipline, MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years' experience leading strong and dynamic Sales Enablement team in a global SaaS or B2B technology company.
