You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager in the Material Center Team. Our team is responsible for production planning for all of Orlando site operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to manage multiple priorities and be flexible
Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict
Lean manufacturing / process improvement experience
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization
Experience in manufacturing environment
Desired skills
Moderate to Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office products, SAP, APRISO
Lean 6 sigma trained-green or black belt certified.
Successful applicant must be willing to work outside normal business hours
Previous supervisor experience in a union environment
Understanding of MMAS
Related experience and/or knowledge in material handling, warehousing, shipping and receiving, DOT regulations

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
