The Customer Support Manager provides advice and assistance to New and Pre-Owned coach customers in California / West Coast territory.
Responsibilities:
Setting service priorities in the territory
Provide prompt and professional customer service and support
Work in conjunction with regional sales team and local service center facilities
Implementing action plans aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction
Diagnose vehicle performance problems and carry out the necessary repairs or recommend alternate solutions
Coordinate various activities with outside suppliers to efficiently synchronize vehicle repair
Implement and coordinate various after-sale service or warranty programs
Provide information to help the company measure results and assess risks of work plans within the territory
Organize training or coaching activities, on an occasional basis, to help customers become self-sufficient in resolving some of their mechanical problems
Achieve a balance between customer expectations, internal company procedures and other priorities in the department
Keep up to date on technical developments to provide customers with the best possible information
Working in a team approach with Coach Sales Parts Sales and the network locations
Other duties as assigned

Fluent English and Spanish speaking preferred
Ability to travel to Canada
Live near LA or San Francisco area preferred
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in related field
Minimum of 5 years in fleet management, preferred but not required
Diploma in automotive mechanics or related field, or 5 years of related experience in lieu of
Physical Requirements:
Stand for long periods of time during work hours
Bend and stoop for long periods of time during the day
Grip, grasp, and twist using hands and wrists regularly during work hours
Work a shift of 12 hours or more, if required
Occasional night and weekend work is required
Reach overhead with 50-pound loads
Understand hazardous communication and safety information
Travel extensively by car, airplane, and/or motorcoach, drive a car or motorcoach
Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

For this position, the base salary range is set at $100,000 - $130,000, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
