As one of the first hires in this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our growth while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that will challenge and inspire you. As an early member of our technical program management team, you'll manage customer inquiries, schedules, and concerns while collaborating closely with our engineers and technicians to design, develop, and refine the factory's order process flow.
Salary parameters for this role are based on experience, with a base salary in the $75,000 - $150,000 range. In addition, we also offer equity participation and full benefits. This position can be hybrid or onsite at our company headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing order status updates and addressing high-level technical concerns
- Work closely with customers to address technical inquiries and assess their capabilities in areas such as FAI, AS9100 processes, wire harness DFM, and production schedules
- Coordinate with our supply chain, production, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any roadblocks
- Utilize Senra's software-powered quoting tools to generate accurate and timely customer quotes for inbound orders
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle-from quotation and material procurement to production and final shipment
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- 2+ years in a technical field, specifically electromechanical engineering
- Proven ability to manage 20+ customer requests simultaneously via email or text while maintaining high responsiveness
- Experience in creating and managing detailed GANTT charts for production scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers via email, phone, and other channels
- Proficiency in modern productivity software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant tools
- Clear and confident communicator who articulates ideas effectively and prioritizes proactive communication when addressing challenges
- Collaborative team player with high empathy, setting an example for future engineering hires and fostering a strong company culture
- Self-motivated, quick and adaptable learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account management within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Background in contract manufacturing, particularly in electromechanical systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Exposure to large, well-established tech companies and their operational frameworks.
- Hands-on experience as a wire harness or electromechanical engineer.
