Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performance sales team. The VP of Sales will work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with business goals and ensure Unframe's continued success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team across multiple regions, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Build and expand relationships with distribution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and channel partners to maximize market penetration.
  • Define and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring efficiency in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and partner teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or B2B enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Experience in building and executing large global enterprise sales strategies.
