Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships and drive engagement with business users in the Finance, Operations and Wholesale business teams, developing an end-to-end understanding of the business models and use cases that the Oracle implementation needs to execute against. Collaborate with Technology leaders to define system specifications and integration strategies.
Draft functional specification documents, configuration rationales and source-to-target maps based on analysis of Oracle systems and adjacent applications. Configure Oracle solutions to deliver target functionality.
Lead conference room pilot testing for specified areas of the solution, lead integration testing efforts for specified areas of the solution, partnering with business users in the function.
Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools to provide actionable insights. Partner with colleagues in the Technology function to drive solutions for the holistic needs of the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience: 5-7 years as an Oracle systems analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Oracle solutions such as ERP, SCM and EPM.

Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools to provide actionable insights. Partner with colleagues in the Technology function to drive solutions for the holistic needs of the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience: 5-7 years as an Oracle systems analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Oracle solutions such as ERP, SCM and EPM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience on a large-scale Oracle transformation
- Previous experience working with external systems integrator firms
- Experience in the footwear and apparel industry
- MBA, MSF or MS in Computer Science preferred
- Ability to travel every few months for testing or launch collaboration
