Job Description

Responsible for leading, staffing, coaching and training a team of consumer direct Home Equity Loan Originators to achieve budgeted loan production, retention of balances, and cross-selling other bank products while providing best-in-class customer service. Team is primarily responsible for generating non-branch sales of home equity products obtained through, but not limited to, outbound lead campaigns, inbound phone, bank website, retention of existing customers, and other external direct to customer campaigns. Also provide support to internal partners on applications originated through other channels, handling customer escalations and problem resolution.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

College education desired. High School education mandatory.
Five years of strong sales experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Very familiar with basic real estate concepts. Mortgage or Home Equity experience preferred.
Ability to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Superior organization and time management skills.
Superior interpersonal skills at all organization layers, including the ability to communicate effectively, coach, train and motivate others.
Ability to work successfully in a team to accomplish goals.
Proficient PC skills required
