Job Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - All Shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

Description:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As an RN, you will provide high-quality care, lead the nursing team, and ensure our residents receive the best possible service. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to maintain care standards.
• Record and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.

Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license in NE.
• CPR and ACLS certifications (preferred).
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to a patient-centered approach to care.
