As the Studio Engineering Jira Specialist at Ford Design, you'll have a global impact, guiding and mentoring a large team through Jira-based projects. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing these global Jira projects, ensuring the studio's successful execution of our next-generation vehicles.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Jira-related questions and support requests from users across the department. Responsible for gathering user feedback and identifying areas for improvement in Jira usage and adoption.
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful and actionable Jira dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics. This involves working with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, selecting appropriate gadgets and filters, and creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Design Studio Jira projects. This includes managing user accounts and permissions, configuring projects, issue types, workflows, custom fields, and screens to align with business needs and best practices.
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all Jira-related inquiries and issues within the department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new Jira projects, workflows, and configurations.
Qualifications
You'll have...
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 year of experience leading projects within Jira.
- 5+ years of Jira experience in administration, workload planning, and designing and implementation of Dashboards. Experience in creative based product development field encouraged.
Even better, you may have...
- Technical bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in creative based product development field encouraged.
- Good communication skills, collaborative behavior for daily interaction with Design Studio, Engineering, Manufacturing and other affected activities.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
