The Opportunity:
IntePros Federal is seeking a highly experienced Chief Enterprise Architect (Business Intelligence) with at least 10 years of experience in data architecture, BI development, or BI management. The Business Intelligence (BI) Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data architecture and BI solutions. The individual will leverage extensive experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence to develop a central data warehouse, integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring accessibility, security, and efficiency. This role will also involve applying advanced BI tools and predictive analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights. The BI Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure optimal data governance practices.

Required Skills:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in data architecture, BI development, or BI management.
Expertise in transactional data and information management systems to determine a centralized data warehouse's platforms, processes, and procedures.
Experience integrating security, authentication, and web accessibility into data architecture solutions.
Strong background in centralizing data from various sources into a data warehouse and integrating with enterprise BI tools.
Proficiency in BI software for data collection, storage, and analysis, focusing on visualization and reporting.
Experience designing and developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and real-time predictive analytics.
Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining business intelligence back-end systems, including data warehouses and data lakes.
Knowledge of Extract, Load, Transform (ETL) processes to design and develop solutions for aggregated data.
Ability to optimize data modeling and database solutions to ensure data governance and data democracy.
Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively articulate BI concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams, business program managers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, and data quality management teams.
Experience diagnosing and debugging operational issues related to data warehouses and BI support components.
Familiarity with software lifecycle management, including automated testing, documentation, version control, and change management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience utilizing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) for reporting and analytics
Expertise in advanced predictive analytics and real-time reporting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage high volumes of data and optimize data processing workflows.
Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and modern data platforms.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI software.
Understanding of data security best practices and compliance standards.

BI Architect Certification or other relevant certifications in data architecture and business intelligence
Preferred:
