The Supervisor, Business and Quality Analyst (BA/QA) Product Lines will be providing direct supervision to Business and Quality Analysts within the annuity and retirement plans product lines of business.

- Delegating work to the team of analysts and communicating clear expectations

What sets you up for success
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, quantitative analysis or information systems or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance
- Solid understanding of industry-standard BA/QA practices and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Leadership experience
- Experience with annuity product lines and strong annuity product knowledge
- Familiarity with mainframe systems
