Description:
Preferred candidates will possess most or all of the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6-8 years as an enterprise developer using the .Net technology stack
- Strong technical leadership and team management skills
- Must have 5+ solid years of OO design and development experience
- 10+ years of relational database programming experience, preferably with industry standard RDBMS such as SQL Server
- Advanced SQL skills in design and query performance tuning/optimization
- Experience implementing SOA architectures
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to independently design and coordinate complex projects
- Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience with the Agile SDLC
- Demonstrated experience applying TDD, continuous integration, build, test and deployment automation techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery model
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
