Description:
We are hiring for an Operations Office Director to coordinate smooth operations on projects with all disciplines and departments offering a white glove type service to our clients.
Our Engineers are a frontrunner for success in providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing, technology, and fire protection engineering design services. Our engineers are focused on system performance, reliability, flexibility, and ease of maintenance. Our work typically consists of large commercial projects, primarily award-winning K-12 schools. With an emphasis on teamwork, we reach beyond the traditional MEP approach to solve problems and integrate a more holistic style to our processes.
Primary duties consist of tasks that requires advanced architectural and engineering knowledge acquired by a prolonged experience and course of specialized intellectual instruction in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology Engineering.
Perform engineering proposals and cost estimates for all systems including but not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Technology, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler.
12+ years of work experience with an AEC or engineering consulting firm.
B.S. Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related construction related industry.
Professional Engineering license.
Ability to maneuver through Revit and AutoCAD to assess project design process and accuracies.
Physical ability and willingness to conduct site inspections and observe fieldwork.
Ability to self-assess project work and project budget status to ensure that project deliveries meet project timelines on budget.
Project experience in K-12 educational market.
Proficient with MEP calculations, and Title-24 documentation using Energy Pro software.
