- Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Achieve monthly forcastIing income and penetration levels
- Work with service department to keep all used inventory marketable
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals
