Job Description:

- Participate in on-call rotations as assigned, typically 10-12 shifts per month.
- Be part of the on-call team during holiday rotations.
- Work predominantly during the day with varying shift durations according to departmental needs.
- Deliver patient care efficiently and confidently in the Operating Room setting.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to emergency situations.
