Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management of Check, ACH, and Wire Operations for Central Bancompany, including overall responsibility for service levels and annual budget of income and expense for these departments. These departments include:
    • Item Processing
    • Cash Management Operations
    • Wire Transfer
  • Staff development including hiring, terminating, training, mentoring a very diverse workforce
  • Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems including but not limited to: the Code of Conduct and Ethics, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Other duties may be assigned


Accountabilities:
  • Responsibility for Annual Payroll and Operating Budget
  • Responsibility for timely and accurate processing of Check, ACH, and Wire transactions
  • Ensure procedures are documented and a Business Continuity Plan is written and tested annually for all areas of responsibility
  • Responsibility for staff development, including training plans, performance plans, and annual performance evaluations
