Description:

We continue to grow and are expanding our front-office and middle-office investment management solutions. The Business Analyst, a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), will work with Product Management and Development to facilitate the delivery of Charles River feature and patch releases. They will create and update program plans including identification of goals, staffing, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans.

What you will be responsible for
  • Contribute towards creating and documenting best practices, collaborating with teams and implementing these activities into the development process
  • Regularly train and assess scrum teams on best practices and processes
  • Work independently performing PMO tasks and provide assistance to scrum teams in their daily activities
  • Coordinate patch releases including scheduling, packaging and delivery
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Prepare a variety of periodic and ad hoc reports for technical management and business groups
  • Identify and resolve impediments by collaborating with teams and stakeholders

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Experience in software industry - fintech is a bonus
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile-Scrum practices at team and program level
  • Proficient in SQL and producing necessary reports for management as necessary
  • Experience in configuring, implementing and administering tools used to manage software development processes
