Location: Must be local to WA state, 4-5day onsite requirement (Bellevue)

What You'll Do
Perform core program and project management duties
Portfolio management to help assess an enterprise product portfolio and stand up a new process for managing.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to define/ revise projects and programs and develop budgets
Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts to the program
Recommend and implement program improvements to meet changing mission parameters and requirements
Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules
Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses
What You'll Bring
10+ years in complex program management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience establishing and running a roadmap governance process
Knowledge of product strategy principles in terms of defining business opportunities/value, prioritization etc
Previous Slalom experience, preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $115 to $135hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
