Job Description
DPR Construction seeks a Sr. Treasury Analyst with at least 5 years of treasury experience, preferably in a mid to large company. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, financial planning, and risk management. The role requires extensive knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in financial software and effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash positioning.


  • Make investment and redemption decisions in-house.


  • Review bank account target balances and rebalance cash buckets to optimize earnings.


  • Conduct international investments to invest idle cash.


  • Maintain long-term cash forecasting (Power BI project).


  • Develop and maintain quarterly bank fee analysis.


  • Conduct monthly intercompany review and settlement.


  • Execute FX (spot and hedging).


  • Work together with internal teams such as Finance & Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Regional Controllers, and Family of Companies.


  • Prepare quarterly CFO Treasury presentations (Treasury updates).


  • Support the Capital Markets function by gathering data, preparing reports, and executing strategy.


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.


  • Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.


  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.


  • Support the company's financial planning and budgeting processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP preferred.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or financial analysis.


  • Strong understanding of cash management, financial planning, and risk management principles.


  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.


  • Experience working at a medium to large size company.


Anticipated starting pay range:
$90,000.00- $130,000.00
