About the Team
This role as a Program Product & Strategy Manager on the Marketing Partnerships & Industry Education (MPIE) Team will focus on product-led growth with agency, creative and other partners in the ecosystem to drive business and adoption goals. This role will partner closely with product teams to build and scale program infrastructure. This roll reports directly to the TikTok Marketing Partners Global Program Lead. This team develops and executes strategies to advance TikTok's products, value, and vision with the ecosystem of partners. We're looking for an experienced product driven with strong operations acumen and a self-starter with excellent attention-to-detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to build and scale program infrastructure to support technology-based solutions for agency-driven growth
- Implement automation solutions and develop infrastructure necessary to support scalable initiatives
- Ability to have close collaboration with the GMPT and SMB leadership and the regional teams to assess the needs of new and churned accounts, incorporating data-driven customer insights to help build targeted product solutions and practical content to accelerate client reactivation and revenue growth
- Manage and execute complex commercial deals with SMB growth and product teams, focusing on product-led growth strategies
- Drive adoption of key TikTok product priorities through partnership programs, ensuring partners are aligned with TikTok's business and priorities
- Project manage across a wide range of cross-functional partners, including but not limited to GMPT product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, agency partnership, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive program success and partner growth
- Design SOPs, collect feedback, and incorporate learnings into process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide first-line market insights to help shape product strategy and drive business expansion via partner ecosystem
- Design and execute strategies to activate Agency and Creative partners, aligning initiatives with advertiser needs
- Drive adoption of key TikTok product priorities via partners
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, partner development, management consulting, strategy, data analytics, project/program management, or finance/accounting
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry and knowledge of the related partner ecosystem
- Experience managing large scale projects and following through the entire project life cycle
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience working with data
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
