Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, Days, including call; 2 weekend call shifts per month
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: Yes
Certifications: BLS Required
Must-Have: None
Job Description:
- The Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse will provide dialysis care and treatment across different settings, requiring flexibility to float to different locations within a 10-minute distance.
- Expected to manage and operate specific dialysis machines (BBraun/NxStage) efficiently.
- Must accommodate variable scheduling based on clinic needs and patient census, with no special scheduling requests accepted.
- Call duties include Sunday and occasional weekday calls.
- Applicants will collect their ID badges in person before commencing work to activate access. This step is non-negotiable, and travel costs for badge collection will not be reimbursed.
- Familiarity with the Darwin Charting System will be beneficial.
- The clinic operates six days per week.
- Must be available for clinic scheduling with the inability to request specific days off or block schedules.
- Be prepared to start approximately two weeks after clearance and badge collection.
- Orientation hours are not provided.
