Your Role & Mission

As a Sales Representative, youll be on the front lines of our expansion, working alongside our Sales Director to grow our presence in your territory. This is not just a jobits an opportunity to own your success. Heres what youll be doing:

  • Discover & Develop: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and first contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that genuinely add value.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Attend product demos with the support of our Technical Manager.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the competition, industry trends, and market shifts.
  • Work Smart: Manage all leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce).


Who Were Looking For

  • Have experience in coatings, doors and windows manufacturing, or spray equipment.
  • Be eager to build something from the ground upthis is a new territory with massive potential.
  • Thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environmentyou own your success.
  • Be results-driven, proactive, and adaptablewe move fast, and so should you.
  • Have a natural ability to connect with peopleand build long-term relationships.
  • Be comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to cover your territory and maximize opportunities.
