- Extensive Experience in EEO and DEIA Programs: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs within a federal agency or similar environment.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing change management plans, especially related to EEO and DEIA initiatives.
- Communication Strategy Development: Background developing and executing communication strategies to support EEO and DEIA initiatives, including manual creation and dissemination of resources.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, including tracking timelines, work products, and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Experience with Digital Communication Tools: Proficiency in using SharePoint, intranet sites, and other digital communication platforms for content management and communication outreach.
- Event Planning and Facilitation: Some experience organizing, planning, and facilitating meetings, workshops, and forums, including DEIA and EEO-related events.
- Report Writing: Experience in preparing senior leadership reports, presentations, talking points, and other communication tools for high-level audiences.
- Benchmarking: Experience in conducting research and benchmarking best practices from other federal agencies or organizations to improve internal communication strategies.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments, partners, and stakeholders to drive initiatives and communicate effectively across an agency.
