Primary Purpose: The school Principal serves as the instructional leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment, which meets the approved curricula and mission of the school district. Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff and to communicate effectively
with parents. Inherent to the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures and facility operations.
Qualifications:
Salary/Benefits: Salary Range: $142,637 - $154,395

Qualifications:
- Must have current Oregon Administrator and Teaching License
- Minimum of three years experience in instructional leadership
- Expertise in curriculum, instruction and assessment
- Deft understanding of instructional programs, including effective interventions and enrichment
- Demonstrated ability to discern and shape teaching effectiveness
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with staff and community
- Capable of managing tight school budgets
- Adept at coordinating school functions
- Adroit analytical/logical reasoning skills
- Effective communicator
- Highly organized
- Skilled at mining and using data
- Omnipresent interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solver and team player
- Stays current on professional practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
Salary/Benefits: Salary Range: $142,637 - $154,395
