The Senior Director of Facilities will report to the Superintendent and oversee all aspects of school facilities, ensuring campuses are well-maintained, functional, and able to support our growing network. This role involves managing construction and renovation projects, coordinating with city and county officials to secure permits and approvals, and working with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring projects to life.

Key responsibilities include:
Planning, evaluating, and managing all facility construction and renovation projects.
Leading meetings with city planners, utility companies, and other stakeholders.
Assisting with grant applications and working with funding agencies.
Overseeing the facilities team, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with regulations.
