Job Summary
Springs Charter Schools are revolutionizing K-12th grade education in Southern California, plus our growth is continuing to include future expansion into other states! The candidate for this senior level position will lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and expansion of facilities for a growing network of charter schools. This role requires collaborative leadership skills, strategic project management, collaboration with city planning commissions, coordination with funders, and management of builders and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational spaces.

The Senior Director of Facilities will report to the Superintendent and oversee all aspects of school facilities, ensuring campuses are well-maintained, functional, and able to support our growing network. This role involves managing construction and renovation projects, coordinating with city and county officials to secure permits and approvals, and working with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring projects to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, evaluating, and managing all facility construction and renovation projects.
Leading meetings with city planners, utility companies, and other stakeholders.
Assisting with grant applications and working with funding agencies.
Overseeing the facilities team, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with regulations.
