What We're Looking For:
5+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain industries.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
Strong financial modeling, cash flow management, and operational finance experience.
Experience with inventory accounting, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERP/accounting systems.
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting while also driving strategy.
