This position will operate with and propagate a mindset of exceptional customer satisfaction and serve as a thought leader and trusted business partner while collaborating with the business functions to define new or enhanced processes and procedures that better utilize our enterprise technology and define future roadmap for applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and build organizational capabilities
Take accountability for project lifecycle
Contribute to the development of IT strategy
Develop subordinates and peers internal and external
Execute in accordance to company procurement, budget and forecasting policies and procedures
Business Intelligence and reporting for Enterprise Systems leveraging Microstrategy and Oracle's EDW

Qualifications and Requirements Software expertise:
Oracle Merchandising, Oracle Price Management, Oracle Planning, Oracle Finance, Oracle Replenishment, Oracle Forecasting, Oracle POS
Experience with warehouse management processes
5+ years in Retail; knowledge of finance and merchandising
