Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete construction lifecycle, from planning to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential risks or deviations.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds stipulated standards.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders to drive project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 10 years project management experience
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction-related technologies, including CMiC, Procore, and other construction related software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
