We are currently searching for a dynamic, Project Manager to be responsible for managing Paintshop project execution (planning, engineering, resources, contract, communication and financial control) from receipt of PO through buy off and close out while ensuring project KPIs are met, including customer satisfaction.

We are currently searching for a dynamic, Project Manager to be responsible for managing Paintshop project execution (planning, engineering, resources, contract, communication and financial control) from receipt of PO through buy off and close out while ensuring project KPIs are met, including customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities will include
- Manage, direct and lead project team members including but not limited to design engineering, process engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, installation engineering and sub-contractors
- Oversee projects with responsibility for profit, invoicing, on-time delivery, and quality of supplied equipment
- Develop schedule, resource plan, and procurement plan
- Forecast project financial performance
- Manage project changes and protect FANUC from financial risk
- Facilitate clear communication between FANUC teams, clients, vendors, and executive leadership
- Cost management and invoicing accuracy for improved project profitability
- Execution excellence through planning /control of resources (internal and external) for improved Customer satisfaction/ quality
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status reports, highlighting key project metrics, challenges, and solutions
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
- Continuously assess and improve project processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years project or program management experience specific to manufacturing paint or dispense application environments
- Experience with ERP systems
- Cost estimating/management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- Oracle ERP experience
