Applicable Pay Range
$64,616.00 - $96,924.00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

Day to Day
- Coordinate Field Inspections: Schedule and manage field inspections to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, credit, account and portfolio management) and external parties (third-party service providers) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections and prepare reports for management review.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all inspections meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the inspection process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to accounts requiring immediate attention within the US. This may involve extended stays to monitor inventory and related activity, typically two to three times per year, however subject to business needs.

Essentials
- Five to seven years of risk management experience such as Credit, Account Management, Operations, etc.
- Experience with product and procedure implementation and user training.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or additional experience in lieu of.
- Willingness to dive into the business through projects and cross departmental collaboration to gain a thorough understanding of our business.
- Comfortable traveling independently and being the face of DLL as required.
