Description:
Assured Information Security has an opening for System Administrator I. This is an onsite position located in the National Business Park (NBP) and requires a TS/SCI w/FS Poly .
What You'll Do:
Work with our government customers to understand their requirements, schedules, and priorities.
Support maintenance of the development environment for the team.
Work directly with ISSOs to ensure that the environment remains compliant with all security directives (including IAVAs, IAVMs, and STE/STN playbooks).
Education/Experience/Skillset Required:
Bachelor's degree in technical field and 5 years' System Administrator experience
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux operating systems and related software
Familiarity building Docker containers and containerization practices
Experience with or knowledge of Ansible and Puppet
Experience writing and modifying scripts (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.) to accomplish SA functions
Installation and maintenance of Linux (RHEL) systems using RPMs
Integration, optimization, and testing of VMWare and network configurations
Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, IP, netmasks, gateways, routers, CISCO switches, and network card installations
Support to hardware integration efforts for an engineering team
Experience with system hardening, server, and network security
Demonstrated ability preparing and editing technical documentation
Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/FS Poly

US Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid health insurance and a 7% contribution to your 401k, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
