ERP Specialist Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily application support procedures, with a focus on fostering strong relationships with key business partners. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring business operations are steady and fulfilling requirements, especially in managing the Interplant SAP supply chain processes and Production Execution systems/teams. This position requires leadership, collaboration, and a strong understanding of process improvement and technical functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily application support procedures and serve as the primary contact for issues or concerns.
• Foster collaborative relationships with key business partners to provide pertinent knowledge, assistance, and guidance on application support and enhancements.
• Supervise the Interplant SAP supply chain processes and the Production Execution systems/teams, including Receiving, Stock Transports, Data Collection, and Labelling.
• Manage the technical business partner connection with service vendors, including overseeing contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Integrate personnel into the company and collaborate with partner managers on resource productivity and addressing challenges.
• Manage business process improvement initiatives and enhance technological functionality.
• Oversee the management of application production environments, including change management, release management, problem management, and incident management, using established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with Integration teams to ensure integration tools and communication systems are reliable and meet business needs.
• Share updates regarding the status of open requests and work with the management team to arrange any necessary resources for design, testing, and implementation assistance.
• Identify and report on issues affecting day-to-day operations and provide updates on their resolution.
• Collaborate closely with both IT and business teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with a focus on application support and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and production execution.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with technical business partners and service vendors.
• Experience with managing change management, incident management, and release management within application production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among IT and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Interplant and supply chain processes is highly preferred.
• Project management experience or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Certifications:

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification or other relevant IT management certifications is a plus.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
