Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law and will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on various property transactions and dealings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate transactions, including title review, acquisitions, and due diligence
• Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and related documents
• Represent clients in zoning, land use, and real estate litigation matters
• Oversee closings, escrow arrangements, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law
• Strong knowledge of title review, contract negotiation, and property transactions
• Experience with litigation related to real estate matters is preferred
• Familiarity with zoning laws, land use regulations, and real estate financing
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
