About the Role:

The Vice President of Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication strategy between our company and the investment community. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations program that enhances our corporate image and builds strong relationships with investors. The VP will lead efforts in financial modeling and analysis to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role will involve crafting compelling narratives that articulate our business strategy and performance to stakeholders. Ultimately, the VP of Investor Relations will ensure that our company is well-positioned in the market, fostering trust and transparency with our investors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations or a related field within the durable goods manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successful financial modeling and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Experience in a leadership role within investor relations.
  • Established network of relationships with investors and analysts in the durable goods sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic investor relations plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and other communications to investors and analysts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key investors, analysts, and financial media to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide insights to senior management.
  • Lead the preparation of corporate communications, including press releases, presentations, and annual reports.
