Job Description
Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Job Specialty: Surgical Services

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Experience with Robotics required, all specialties utilize Robotic DaVinci Xi. Rotations through all specialties are required.

License: Wisconsin/compact license is required upon submission

Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA

Must-Have:
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and spine
- Familiarity with specialties such as plastics, podiatry, eyes, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, and neurosurgery
- Ability to participate in call rotations for weekends and holidays
- Must find own coverage if RTO is requested during an on-call day
- Compliance with dress code

Job Description:
- Participate in surgical procedures as a Certified OR Tech/Surgical Tech
- Operate and assist with Robotic DaVinci Xi systems across various specialties
- Engage with a wide range of surgical practices, including heavy orthopedics and other specialized fields
- Adhere to safety and health protocols, including flu vaccination requirements
- Rotate responsibilities among various surgical teams
- Attend orientation and complete non-billable modules as required
- Provide two supervisory references after offer acceptance

Orientation Hours: 8 non-billable hours

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required

Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
