Manufacturing FP&A Analyst: ARTEREX
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible to plan, organize, and executes all daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to operational partners and corporate. Partner with operations to complete annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and provides reporting necessary to ensure adherence to those plans.

Role SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, and executes all daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to operational partners and corporate. Partners with operations to complete annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and provides reporting necessary to ensure adherence to those plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities will include the preparation of analysis of monthly financial results compared to annual budget and quarterly forecasts, support in development, analysis, and maintenance of standard costs, department variance analysis, pricing analysis, and the assembly of monthly sales analysis reporting.
Develop analysis and support division in tracking of labor and overhead spending variances and trends. Interpret monthly plant variance reports prepared by cost accounting and develop action plans with management to address areas of concern.
Evaluate need for procurement of capital funds. Advise management on effective use of resources and methods for short- and long-range financial projects.
Coordinate the completion of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, appropriate requests, and other financially related documents
Provide financial information and reports requested by Operations and Corporate HQ.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested.

Current role as individual contributor, increasing supervisory responsibility as department expands

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in application of forecasting and analysis techniques
- Must have demonstrated the ability to analyze information to produce insight that aids in the controlling of actual results versus budget
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CMA a plus
- Advanced Excel and strong system skills required
- Experience in MRP/ERP systems
- Must have Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to do financial report presentations to Top Management.
- Be able to communicate at all levels of the organization
