You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consulting professionals and client service managers while cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven transformation projects. This position will be based in the United States, with regular international travel and close collaboration with teams in Europe and APAC.

About the Role:

This position will be based in the United States, with regular international travel and close collaboration with teams in Europe and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a global team of Consulting Managers, Client Service Directors, and delivery professionals across the US, Europe, and APAC along with a high-value consulting arm to offer strategic advisory services
- Oversee the performance and career development of regional leaders in London, Paris, Bangalore, US and other key locations with focus on AI-driven grocery retail solutions and value-added services to capture new market opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the CCS organization, ensuring alignment with company goals, vision, and values.
- Drive business development efforts to grow the CCS practice, with a focus on AI-transformation services and consulting. Develop a reskilling program for employees transitioning into CINDE, value-added services and high-value consulting arm
- Engage with senior executives and decision-makers at client organizations to understand their business challenges and design innovative AI solutions including high value AI consulting advisory services.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and delivery models.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution. Differentiate consulting and advisory services to enhance client value. Leverage AI capabilities to position the organization as a leader in AI-driven retail solutions.
- Conduct a skills assessment to map resources to the new consulting, advisory, and professional services model. Develop a reskilling program for employees transitioning into CINDE and value-added services.
- Work closely with regional VP of Client Services and local teams to ensure projects are staffed effectively and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Ensure that best practices are followed in consulting methodologies, service delivery, and client communications.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Shape the strategic direction of CCS services, continuously identifying emerging trends, market demands, and client needs related to AI transformation.
- Lead the development of innovative service offerings that keep the organization at the cutting edge of AI consulting.
- Work closely with senior management to align CCS strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize the financial performance of the CCS division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure the efficient deployment of resources across global teams, meeting both financial and operational KPIs. Identify and quantify the backlog in terms of revenue and project volume. Analyze whether backlog originates from perpetual contracts, consulting engagements, or professional services commitments.
- Take ownership of service delivery quality, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth targets.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting and client services roles, with a proven track record in leading AI transformation initiatives, Ai advisory and consulting services.
- Strong background in services delivery, consulting delivery in AI technologies, digital transformation, or technology consulting, with an ability to clearly articulate value propositions to senior leaders.
- Significant experience in business development, sales, and client management within a global environment.
- Previous leadership experience managing a diverse, international team with a focus on client delivery and service excellence.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to assess market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and manage budgets.
- Proven experience in AI transformation or related consulting fields, with deep understanding of the technology, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed to manage client relationships, lead engagements, and support regional teams.
