Description:
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
The Configuration Management Specialist II will conduct technical document reviews, writings, edits, analysis and keep copious notes as an archival specialist & data manager. Organize documents from a variety of sources, assess risk management and ensure that all documentation protocols adhere to DoD policies.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or a combination of formal training and three years of directly related CM experience are required for this position.
In addition, a CM Specialist II must possess the following qualifications:
The incumbent must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for such purposes as filing and gathering supplies. Frequent use of a computer is required.
Travel to remote company work locations may be required.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support design reviews, audits, scheduling, and analyze engineering change proposals to assess impacts against Configuration Management processes & documentation
- Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards by monitoring contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for proper implementation of CM requirements within statements of work
- Develop, implement, and maintain CM documentation, processes, and procedures based on program requirements
- Identify, coordinate, and facilitate the development & implementation of computer-based CM systems and electronic data management solutions
- Provide guidance and direction to junior personnel as needed to support CM objectives
- Proficient in computer operations integrated software, electronic data management systems
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Sharp attention to detail and follow through
- Windows Suites and Jira or Jama or similar project management tools
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
