We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Implementation to lead a leading Firm's Client Delivery Team. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, enhancing client experiences, and developing a forward-looking service model in collaboration with internal and global teams.
The successful candidate will oversee the Business Implementation team, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML standards, managing approved intermediaries, and leading account life cycle processes. They will be responsible for regulatory reporting, tax documentation (FATCA/CRS), and ensuring effective risk controls. Additionally, will drive process efficiency, support strategic projects, and align services with evolving client and market requirements.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Securities Services, with expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and client onboarding. Strong leadership and team-building skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to operational improvement. A relevant professional qualification in Operations, Risk, or KYC is required. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to drive change.
