We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to partner with us on a unified vision for recruiting prospective advisors. You will do this by teaming up with a wide variety of our business units, ensuring that their needs are met while leveraging the data in our internal CRM to promote positive change. As product owner of our own internal CRM scrum team, you will run the backlog and manage the work for the scrum team, as well as advocate for the internal CRM team. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your talents and creativity while empowering your peers to connect with our customers-the 1,500+ independent financial advisors we serve-in a whole new way.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening and maintaining the long-term vision and road map of our internal customer relationship management platform and related technologies by engaging the current team
  • Driving innovation and full use of the CRM platform and its related technologies by optimizing the current platform and exploring additional opportunities for improvement
  • Representing the voice of our various constituencies (advisors, internal users, managers, and the executive team)
  • Owning any integrations to the CRM platform with related technologies and systems
  • Owning the overall governance related to changes and future development of the CRM platform and its related technologies
  • Leading overall communication of changes related to the CRM platform and its related technologies


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of enterprise CRM product management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus, as well as knowledge of competitor offerings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, analytic, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills


Experience working with:

  • Workflow analysis and design, along with administration experience for workflow
  • BI implementation strategy a plus
  • Broad business units, as well as executive management
  • Software development teams and client requirements
  • Technical products, vendors, and complex integrations of technologies
  • Agile software development
