We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Senior Associate to join a dynamic legal team based in St Helier, Jersey.
As a Litigation Senior Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client cases, conducting research, drafting opinions, and preparing documents for court proceedings. they will also be expected to provide clients with high-quality services that meet their needs while managing billings proactively. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in mentoring junior colleagues, assisting partners in building robust team structures, and contributing to business development initiatives across global jurisdictions.
In this role, the ideal candidate will need to have at least 6 years of post qualification experience (PQE), preferably holding qualifications from Jersey or other UK/Commonwealth regions. They should have extensive expertise within litigation and have proven technical acumen. Experience supervising junior colleagues beneficially and business development aptitude demonstrated by past involvement is also highly desirable.
