Job Description
What You'll Get to Do:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide oversight of the GCPC Program for CNAL and managed subordinate commands.
Provide support in the areas of audit readiness, program reviews and compliance enforcement. Recommend resolutions, improvements, enhancements, or revisions to the overall program.
You will conduct and audit Procurement Performance Management Assessment Program (PPMAP) involving the GCPC program.
You will review the official accounting system to ensure GCPC transactions flow accurately, research discrepancies and make corrections as necessary. You will validate incoming lines of accounting and enter customer lines of accounting to support direct site contracts into the contract writing system (US BANK).

Requirements

Active DOD Secret security clearance.
Typically has a bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline and minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy AIS management.
As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category
Experience with US Bank Access Online and Insights on Demand (IOD).
Knowledge of the NAVSUP 4200.99D and DON Simplified Acquisition Procedures Guide.
Understanding of the GCPC program.
