- Answer to questions from dealers and customers
- Communicate with our engineers and service dept in Japan
- Traveling to dealers and customers in USA, Canada, Mexico etc
- Repair and maintenance work at customers
- Machine installations
- Make service reports
- Providing training to dealers and customers
- Select the replacement parts and place orders to head office or other local vendors
- Prepare shipment of parts and tools
- Check inventory
Experience:
Preferably installation, maintenance and repair of machine tools (CNC machining centers, lathes, grinding machines etc)
Skill:
Electrical, Operation of FANUC CNC (Understanding of Ladder programs and sequence programs), Mechanical
Language: English(must) and Japanese (preferred)
