What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead the data orchestration and analysis components of project engagements for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and project types - independently and as part of a team


  • Contribute to and lead cross-functional teams (strategy, insights, data, design, technology), providing data expertise and guidance


  • Understand how to leverage data to frame and solve experience challenges


  • Reimagine how data is accessed, analyzed, and activated to deliver and measure the desired experience


  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer behavior into actionable insights and recommendations


  • Work with teams to design and facilitate successful presentations and workshops that advocate findings and implications to diverse audiences, including senior executive level clients


  • Support project design across a range of project types and contribute to the end-to-end creation of winning proposals


  • Contribute to organizational business development activities from opportunity identification to sold work


  • Support the evolution of behavioral science theory and practice across the organization, including tools and methods


  • Actively manage a broad network of stakeholders within Cognizant Moment


What you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing/aggregating/joining digital behaviors to impact the customer / digital experience


  • Passion for big data, data science, business intelligence (BI), data mining, path analysis, business process discovery, tracking, advanced analytics, data visualization, data orchestration, customer science, or predictive modeling.


  • Examples of how you extrapolated and analyzed seemingly unrelated data points to predict and determine errors and future trends in customer behaviors or experiences.


  • Proven experience connecting individual data points and convey not only what is happening, but also how and why it is happening.


  • Proficient in translating data and research findings into actionable insights and directional principles


  • A strong desire to build a practice and be a people leader - patient teacher


  • Client management skills and the ability to command a room


  • Previous consulting experience across multiple industries


  • Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Analytics, big data, data science, business intelligence (BI), data mining, path analysis, business process discovery, data audit, advanced analytics, data visualization, data orchestration, customer science, predictive modeling.


  • Proficient with big data analysis software - e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Palantir.


  • 5-7 years work experience


  • Conversant in the principles and practices of human-centered design and design thinking


  • Note: Currently travel is not a requirement; would expect up to 25% as business requirements change
