Responsible for driving monthly financial processes including forecasting, variance reporting, and the development of executive-ready presentations for our procurement finance function. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement operations along with finance expertise in accounting principles and financial analysis. The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively will be crucial in presenting financial reports to business partners, providing them with the insights needed to make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with both the procurement and finance teams to ensure that financial goals are met and aligned with the organization's overall objectives.

- Lead financial processes including monthly forecasting, results reporting, and developing executive-ready presentations
- Partner with procurement to create insightful reporting, driving effective decision-making and understanding of trends.
- Identify, drive, and deliver value through analysis, providing transparency, insights, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, budgeting processes, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with accounting, corporate FP&A, and other partners to resolve financial, cost, and accounting issues
- Supports ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field; CFA, MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience. Minimum of 3 years in procurement finance and 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, financial analysis, and budgeting required. Financial derivative and hedge accounting knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle, Tableau, Hyperion, Oracle EPM helpful. Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) required.
- Skills-Excellent Excel skills. Expert financial, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong technical acumen and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication of financial and business concepts and the ability to create executive ready presentations. Expertise in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Abilities-Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements. Ability to effectively prioritize and work under tight deadlines to deliver on commitments and operate with speed and agility. Sets high standards for themselves. Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
