The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating of activities of the designated projects to ensure the goals and/or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors. Minimum Qualifications:
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $101,700 - $160,000 plus bonus in Toronto. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do:
- Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Consult with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Coordinate project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, project analysis through required project documentation such as AIA.
- Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
- Maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
- Obtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Responsible for the successful completion of the project
- Assist Coordinator team in obtaining required sub-contract agreements or project documents required for file
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 year bachelor's degree
- 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC project management
