Overview

Itochu Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for a Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst. IBP is comprised of Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills making IBP the largest and leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America.
Position Overview:

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Systems Analyst oversees all HR systems, ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, compliance, security, and system optimizations across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for managing ADP WFN and other HR technologies used for payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and employee data administration.

This position plays a key role in system security, user access management, compliance adherence, and the implementation of new HRIS solutions that enhance HR operations. Additionally, the Senior HR Systems Analyst will lead HRIS-related projects, integrations, and system improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and oversee the functionality, configuration, and performance of all HR systems
  • Ensure all HR systems align with organizational needs and compliance requirements, optimizing system usage to improve efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive support for all HR system users, addressing technical issues and troubleshooting system-related concerns
  • Define and administer system access permissions and roles within ADP WFN and all HR systems, maintaining and enforcing HRIS security protocols to safeguard sensitive employee data
  • Partner with HR teams and key business leaders to generate custom reports and analytics, supporting strategic business needs
  • Manage system integrations between ADP WFN and other HR platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR platforms, providing insights into workforce trends, compliance risks, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all HR systems, including ADP WFN and third-party HR applications, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular data audits and compliance checks to ensure HR system integrity and proper usage
  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive HR technology improvements and proactively address security risks and data protection concerns across all HR platforms
  • Develop and conduct HR system training sessions for HR, managers, and employees to ensure effective system utilization
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and SOPs for system administration, troubleshooting, and compliance processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, improving efficiency and the employee experience.


Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Expert-level knowledge of HRIS/HR technology solutions and ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including configuration, security roles, permissions, and report writing
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, regulations, and data privacy laws
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, with experience using HR dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits
  • Ability to manage HR technology projects from inception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support HR system users
  • Expert-level Excel skills for data analysis and report generation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating visualizations
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, including ADP WFN administration and other HR technology platforms
  • Proven experience managing HR system security, compliance, and permissions
  • Strong track record of leading HR technology projects, including system implementations and integrations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to optimize HR system performance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HRIS experience with multiple platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Previous experience in HR technology strategy and process automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in HRIS certifications or related areas
