MAIN FUNCTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive ERP strategies in alignment with business objectives, and ensure seamless integration across various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP management or a similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in ERP management or a similar role, with a track record of successful ERP system implementations and ongoing maintenance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ERP technologies, database management systems, and programming languages such as SQL or Java, with expertise in maintaining system performance and updates.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and data sets to optimize ERP system performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for both implementation and maintenance phases.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating ongoing support and training.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions during ERP system deployment and post-implementation maintenance.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies and integrate them into business processes, ensuring the system remains current and efficient.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on systems management and maintenance.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) is essential. This involves understanding how to transform raw data into meaningful information that supports decision-making and enhances business operations and outcomes.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Executive Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to align ERP strategies with organizational goals and secure necessary resources.
  • Department Heads: Work closely with heads of various departments to identify ERP integration opportunities and ensure smooth implementation.
  • IT and Development Teams: Coordinate with technical teams to oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP modules. Ensure ERP systems comply with data privacy regulations and maintain robust security standards.
  • End Users: Provide training and support to employees to facilitate effective utilization of ERP systems.

  • ERP System Strategy: Develop and implement ERP strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead ERP projects from conception through deployment, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for ERP integration and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise the development and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP systems and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor ERP system performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all ERP implementations comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with ERP technology vendors and service providers to facilitate successful implementations.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
  • EDI Support: Participate in the implementation and support of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to enhance communication with external partners.
  • AI Leveraging: Utilize artificial intelligence to optimize ERP processes, improve decision-making, and enhance overall system performance.
  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing: Help oversee intelligence and data warehousing activities, from PNY's ERP Systems (Epicor Kinetic and Sage X3. Experience with PowerBI is a plus. Ensure effective data extraction and utilization to support BI initiatives and optimize DW solutions.
