Job Summary

The Los Angeles Clippers are looking to expand their Product team! We are hiring a Junior Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating and monitoring the build and implementation of our end-to-end Fan experiences with a primary focus on mobile applications. Reporting in the Manager of Product you will be responsible for supporting capturing business requirements, aligning functionality against an established product strategy, and collaborating with key vendors and business partners to bring initiatives to fruition. As the Junior Product Analyst you will manage dependencies alongside other product lines, as well as engage with cross functional teams across technology, operations, design, and analytics to drive the optimization of Fan experience products. We are looking for someone who had a general understanding of product management, particularly in mobile and web technology, and the ability to effectively manage the development pipeline in alignment with a prioritized roadmap.

This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. Due to the nature of our industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
  • Support the delivery of digital products that are aligned with the overall product strategy spanning the entire spectrum of arena experiences
  • Assist in testing new features and products, troubleshoot issues, and provide field support for product-related questions.
  • Coordinate the configuration of products and systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to support a creative and experiential vision through documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and coordination of feature launches/enhancements
  • Monitor a development team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product objectives, priorities, and effective translation of product concepts into user stories, epics, and other relevant deliverables
  • Support in the gathering and analysis of scope expectations from key business partners (ticketing, marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
  • Translate and maintain product documentation communicated to non-technical, business operations based on functionality updates.
  • Advocate for the digital experience, recommend improvements on the Fan's behalf, and diligently work towards crafting an outstanding experience for players, fans, and employees
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
  • Education or experience with technical, user, and business issues in a technical organization
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to support assumptions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve actionable results in a team setting
  • Tactical thinking with the ability to identify actions and proactive follow-through to close open items
  • Organized and consistent project delivery with a focus on prioritized execution, quality, and timeliness
  • General understanding of Agile development framework
  • Familiarity with emergent connected technologies such as RF, BLE, NFC, and Ultra Wide Band
  • Familiarity with connected ecosystems and sensor fusion (Cameras, RF, BLE, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce)
  • Exposure to projects that deliver connected ecosystems that create an end-to-end immersive experience for the intended audience
  • Familiarity with testing and implementing biometric solutions, with a keen eye for identifying bias risk
  • Expose to mobile app development and release management processes
  • Experience with projects that improved digital ticketing systems
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
About Intuit Dome:

Opening in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans' expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
  • The range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • The role is classified as exempt.
