Description:

Operational Technical Deployment Projects (50%)
Lead the planning, coordination, and deployment of healthcare technology systems across organizational departments.
Collaborate with IT security teams and clinical operations to ensure smooth and secure rollouts.
Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and ensure proper execution of deployment activities.
Adhere to data privacy, interoperability, and cybersecurity
standards during the implementation.
Identify project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful resolution.
Provide training and support to end-u , IT teams, and
operational staff to ensure smooth system adoption.
Monitor and report on project progress, including performance metrics and KPIs, to key stakeholders.

RFP Management (50%)
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for evaluating healthcare technologies, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical specifications.
Work closely with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to establish evaluation criteria and requirements for potential vendors.
Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate vendors based on interoperability, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the liaison among healthcare providers, IT teams, procurement, and leadership to ensure alignment throughout the evaluation process.
Oversee vendor Q&A sessions, technology demonstrations, and proof-of-concept trials, conducting comparative evaluations to inform decision-making.
Review vendor proposals and create detailed reports and recommendations for leadership, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH,
FDA).
Support leadership in making informed decisions based on data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Project Management: A minimum of five years of experience in technical project management, specifically in healthcare environments, with a strong focus on IT systems and endpoint management.
Healthcare IT Endpoint Systems: At least five years of experience working with healthcare IT endpoints, ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, FDA
regulations).
RFP Management: A minimum of three years of experience directing RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Technology Deployment & Integration: At least five years of experience in deploying, integrating, and migrating healthcare technology solutions within healthcare organizations.
Project Management Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches to project management.
Project Management Software: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Education: A bachelors degree in IT, business, or a related field (preferred)
